Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after 7 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Return Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Unused and in the original packaging.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>In the same condition that you received it.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>With all tags attached.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you have already accepted the package:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Record a video<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of yourself opening the package. The video should clearly show the damage or incorrect item, and the exterior packaging with the shipping label.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact EKTEEN customer service immediately with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include the video as evidence.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Return Process<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To return an eligible item, please follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact EKTEEN customer service by email at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:support@ekteen.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">support@ekteen.com <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0to request a return authorization (RA) number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you receive your RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ship the package back to EKTEEN using a trackable courier service.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Refunds<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within <\/span><b>7-10<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> business days.
